Job Description

Identify, qualify, and engage potential accounts in target industries.
Support pipeline creation through email, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic calls.
Participate in proposal preparation and coordinate demo logistics.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align messaging.
Track activity and pipeline in CRM, generate insightful reports.
Gather market feedback to fuel our strategic decisions.

Your profile

Education & Experience

You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, BD, consulting, or SaaS.
Eager to learn growth-hacking and B2B sales fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills in English - preferably native speaker; German is a plus.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
Comfortable working in a startup environment and juggling diverse projects.
Strong analytical skills; CRM and data tools experience desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
